From coffee spills to pet accidents, there are many things that have the potential to stain the fibres in your carpets and upholstery. Before attempting to remove any stain it’s very important to understand the basic fundamentals of stain removal.
This will prevent you from making the stain worst or permanently damaging the fibres in your carpets.
How we remove stains
First, we diagnose the chemical structure of the stain and type i.e is it oil-based, water-soluble, insoluble, or protein-based.
Scape away any excess matter on top of the stain and apply professional strength stain removers then dab & wipe. We then use hot and cold water extraction.
Once the stain has been safely removed the area is thoroughly rinsed and extracted. Any shading left behind from the stain is then corrected with shading correcting solutions.
Once the extraction machine has heated up to its optimal temperature we then begin our rinse and extraction process.
After the clean is complete the area is deodorised with a long-lasting, fresh, pleasant scent
