I got in touch via Instagram after a friend recommended the company. They responded very quickly and got me booked in within a couple of days. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job and didn't pack up until the carpet was thoroughly checked and we were satisfied. We were considering ripping out the carpet it was that bad but decided to give it one last lifeline in the form of Man and Machine. What an amazing transformation it is now like new! I messaged just over a week ago and asked if I could arrange for someone to clean my sofa. The person that responded was very helpful and got back to me after ensuring their PPE had been delivered. They got back to me that afternoon and I was booked in for the following week. They care at the agreed time and were very professional and cleaned our sofa, making it look brand new! Our Rug cleaning process
- Inspect rug for stains
- Remove any stains manually with special stain removers & agitation techniques
- Spay the entire rug with a powerful cleaning detergent starting from the edges.
- Agitate the detergent Into the rug fibers with a brush.
- The rug is now ready to be machine cleaned. We do this by placing a metal wand on the carpet that sprays out hot water at 100 psi and then extracts with a powerful vacuum.
- Apply a pleasantly scented deodoriser leaving the rug smelling fresh & clean
